More about Erin

Erin has a dog that likes to eat rabbits. Whole. She also tries to kill skunks. Her other dog thinks she’s smarter than all of the rest of the world. She’s very bossy and she likes to herd everyone and everything. Erin has an obsession with Flamingos, leading her cycling teammates to call her Mingo. She has an ungodly amount of mingos in her house. Erin also has a 3 ft long crocodile statue named Tick Tock that sits in the front of her property. To say Erin is odd is to say the sky is blue. There is a tie for her favorite place on earth……Estes Park, Colorado and Sevilla, Spain. Her life break to Colorado included a hike with 15+ moose. That got her wondering, why do we not call a group of moose meese? Could you imagine saying, “Look at those goose?”
